We're back, even though we never left

Hi again,

You’re right: it has been quite some time since our last message. We’re excited to be back and looking forward to head towards new horizons together.

First of all, we’d like to welcome Natasha Pirard as the new artistic leader and your new contact for all future projects and collaborations. As a musicologist, she has developed a profound interest in sound art, particularly in works embedded in social, political, and environmental practices. She will bring her broad education in art, music, and sound art theory, while continuously exploring the social and cultural relevance of sound art. She is very much looking forward to shape these interests in new and meaningful ways.

We’ve had two residencies at Overtoon in September. Stijn Demeulenaere completed his installation Sounding Lines (Wading version) and had its premiere at Ars Electronica 2025. Lotte Nijsten & Gillis Van Der Wee, known as Landforms, did further research on their installation titled Concrete Studies I with a presentation during STUK Start 2025 marking the launch of the new cultural season.
You can subscribe to our newsletter right here, if you'd like to.

Let's keep the lines open and we will be back soon with more.

On to new things!
